Joseph N
Therapy Assistant
I am currently studying a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. I am passionate about improving the quality of life for individuals by empowering them and giving them the ability to gain independence in daily activities to help achieve their goals.
My passion is driven by my desire to help others from a young age. Occupational Therapy provides the opportunity to support others in achieving their personal goals that contribute to improving their quality of life. Through my experience as an OTA and student, I hope to gain as much knowledge and experience as possible to provide excellent support for those in need.
My goal is to make a meaningful and positive difference by helping others develop life-long skills and independence. I hope to achieve this by empowering them to overcome daily challenges, enhancing their quality of life, and developing strong and trustworthy relationships to achieve these goals effectively.




Julia He
Occupational Therapist, Director/Founder
Julia is a registered and certified Occupational Therapist who graduated from University of Sydney in Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy), 2011.
Julia has had a wide ranging experience working in different ages and abilities in different Service providers including: Royal Institute of Deaf and Blind working children with Vision and Hearing Impairment. Adults with Intellectual and Physical disability living in Group homes and within Specialised Medical Units.
Additionally, Julia believes in Interdisciplinary Model to not only work alongside families but also other clinicians to gain the most out of therapy and empower the family and individual.
Through these experiences, Julia as developed a desire to build a service, which is not only clinically sound and evidence based, but to also support and collaborate with individuals and families to creatively achieve their goals. Julia is driven to tailor the current opportunities afforded to her clients and reshape attitudes and barriers that is experienced to reach their potential.
Amanda G
Administration Assistant
I have an Advanced Diploma in Legal Administration. I have worked in customer service roles for 15 years and enjoy working with people; and helping them find solutions.
I like organising and finding new ways to be efficient. My role at Oceania Therapy allows me to be creative, learn new skills and work with others to add to my knowledge of the Occupational Therapy industry.


Ashleigh Ng (Mat Leave)
Speech Pathologist
Ashleigh graduated from the University of Sydney with a degree in Health Sciences (Hearing and Speech) and a Master in Speech Language Pathology. She is a Certified Practising Member of Speech Pathology Australia.
Ashleigh has worked with children with a range of backgrounds and abilities. She has a passion for working with children of all ages, with a particular interest in early intervention, disability and literacy. Ashleigh enjoys the dynamic nature of therapy and finds it hugely rewarding to see children make continuous progress. Ashleigh has a strong dedication to the profession and continues professional development. She is trained in PECS – Picture Exchange Communication System and the Hanen program “It Takes Two to Talk”.
Ashleigh is driven by her enthusiasm in tailoring therapy according to a child’s individual needs. Her role as a speech pathologist gives her the opportunity to empower children and their families and to support a child’s ongoing development.

Therapy Assistant
I am currently studying a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. I am passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and potential. I find fulfillment when clients are able to participate in meaningful activities and occupations. I am drawn into this field to create a positive impact on peoples' lives and how they are able to regain their independence and participate in activities they enjoy.
As an OT Assistant, I strive to enhance peoples' quality of life and empower them to overcome various obstacles and achieve their goals.

I am currently studying a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Western Sydney University.
I am working towards a career in Paediatrics, I would like to make a difference in children's lives, their creativity and through a variety of interventions and collaborative approaches.
I would like to make a positive impact in people's lives, empower themselves and become an advocate. I enjoy building relationships and working on my personal growth and fulfilment.
My passions are not only improving children’s lives, but also basketball, the gym and sneakers.
